Article Summary #1 Opinion

I think it is great that colleges are working towards better preparing students for the workplace after school. As jobs become more and more competitive, it is important that students know the ins and outs of their fields of studies. I agree with the article about the value of hands-on experiences, like internships and senior theses, because, without these experiences, students will be blindly jumping into their careers once they finish college.
